Beate Mocek Award –For early career women scientists inmineralogy, with a particular focus ongeochemistry and petrology.

The Beate Mocek Award supports early career women scientists in mineralogy, with a particular focus on petrology and geochemistry. It is generally awarded to a female member of the German Mineralogical Society (DMG) before the completion of her doctoral degree.

The monetary value of the award is determined by the annual returns of the Beate Mocek Fund.
