DMG Early Career Award –For outstanding contributions by earlycareer scientists presented at theDMG Annual Meeting

The DMG Early Career Award is presented for outstanding contributions by early career scientists at the DMG Annual Meeting. Awards are given for the best oral presentation and the best poster presentation. Each award is endowed with €750 and is presented at the subsequent DMG Annual Meeting. The award recognizes the quality and visibility of current research in mineralogy.

The DMG Early Career Award is currently presented in place of the Paul Ramdohr Award, which has been suspended pending a historical review.
