2016 – Martin Kutzschbach

Boron isotope fractionation in olenitic tourmalines: Paul Ramdohr Award presented to Martin Kutzschbach for his outstanding presentation on the structural influence of tetrahedral boron in fluid systems.

The Paul Ramdohr Award is presented for the best student contribution at the previous year's DMG Annual Meeting. The 2016 recipient is Martin Kutzschbach (TU Berlin and GFZ Potsdam). The DMG honors his excellent presentation, “The Effect of Tetrahedral B on the Boron Isotope Fractionation Between Olenitic Tourmaline and Fluid,” which he presented at the 2nd European Mineralogical Conference (EMC2016) in Rimini, Italy.
